Prepare the Package
Securely pack your unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals and components are intact to qualify for a refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
